To file for a marriage license with The Fairfield County Probate Court, fill out the form below as completely as possible and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page. After a few moments, a confirmation page will appear, on which you will find the information as you entered it as well as a 10 digit tracking number. Print the confirmation page out and bring it to the Fairfield County Probate Court within 30 days to complete the application process. Both parties must be present to file for a marriage license.

Note: Parties are required to bring proof of identification, proof of residence, documentation of any legal name change and documentation of your last divorce, if any. The application fee is $40.00 (cash only) and must be paid at that time.
