COST:
- To file a Complaint for Allocation of Parental Rights, a deposit of $250.00 is required.
- To file a Motion on an already existing case, a deposit of $150.00 is required.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR VIRTUAL HEARINGS:
- Please make sure to include your phone number and email with your filing to enable the Court to contact you with hearing information
EX PARTE MOTIONS:
- If you are requesting Ex Parte Custody, all forms must be filed/received by the Court by 10:00 a.m. in-order-to have a hearing the same day. Once all forms are filed, the Court will inform you of the time of your hearing.
